It's Eric. I just wanted to take the time to let you know what an awesome experience I had in your office on Wednesday! Its been longer than I should admit since I have been to the dentist and I was very impressed by your state-of-the-art office. It was so cool being able to watch a dvd while serious work was being done in my mouth! Even cooler was the fact that I was able to see my own x-rays in realtime riht in front of me. Yourself, Dr. P. and the nurses all did such a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and safe sitting in that chair for so long. Not only did I feel good about the experience but I am also so pleased and super impressed with the work that you guys were able to accomplish on such short notice. I am so lucky to have you as part of my life and I always feel so greatful after being in your care. So thanks for making such an aweful situation so easy and pain free for me. Having recently had the oppurtunity to visit your office four times in the last three months, when typically I only see you once every 6 months, I wanted to share some of my observations. First, you deserve more thanks than you probably get. I dont imagine you hear this often, but it's a pleasure to come to your office. Your office environment (waiting area, exam rooms, restrooms, x-ray chair, and even the bill paying/computer desk area) is clean and comfortable, homey and seems furnished to make your patients feel at ease. Your office staff is always friendly and upbeat. And I mean always. You run a tight ship- that is a compliment! We "regular people" come to you because you are a professional and your office consistently upholds that title. And, most impressive to me, you treat your staff (and your patients) with respect. You treat you newest aide and your most trained hygienist in the same way; listening and teaching with great patience. Even when rushed with emergencies, phone calls, and other everyday nuisances and troubles, you maintain a steady temperament. I am impressed. You should tour the world teaching how you release the stress- but wait, please don't, for then we would lose you as our great family dentist! Thank you so much Dr. Sacknoff.
